Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

Free Cancellation (Up to 7 Days Before Arrival)<\/strong>
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund. No charges will apply.<\/p>\n

Partial Refund (7 Days to 2 Days Before Arrival)<\/strong>
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking price.<\/p>\n

Non-Refundable (Within 2 Days or No-Show)<\/strong>
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or failure to show up, will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.<\/p>\n

Special Bookings<\/strong>
Certain bookings, such as group reservations or special events, may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
